📋 General Instructions
Registration & Eligibility
• Candidates must first complete the New Registration process on the Samarth Recruitment Portal using a valid Email ID and Mobile Number.
• After successful registration, candidates should log in using their registered credentials to access the application portal.
• Before applying, candidates are advised to carefully read the advertisement/notification and ensure that they satisfy the prescribed eligibility criteria for the respective post.
• Candidates may apply for multiple posts, subject to eligibility. A separate application form and application fee must be submitted for each post.
Application Submission
• All required details must be filled carefully in the online application form and relevant documents should be uploaded in the prescribed format.
• Applications that are incomplete or not finally submitted will remain in Draft Mode. Candidates may log in again and resume filling, editing, or submitting the application before the closing date.
• Merely saving the application in Draft Mode does not constitute successful submission of the application.
• Candidates must ensure that the application is finally submitted after verifying all details. No changes may be permitted after final submission.
Payment & Records
• Candidates are advised to keep a copy/printout of the submitted application form and payment receipt (if applicable) for future reference.
• The Institute shall not be responsible for payment failure due to any reason. Candidates are advised to verify the transaction status with their respective bank/payment service provider.
• Application fee once paid shall not be refunded under any circumstances.
Technical & Communication
• The Institute shall not be responsible for any technical issues arising due to poor internet connectivity, incorrect information entered by the candidate, or last-minute submission attempts.
• Candidates are advised to complete the application process well before the last date to avoid server congestion or technical difficulties.
• All communication regarding the recruitment process will be sent only to the registered Email ID provided during registration.

• The application template contains additional optional fields to accommodate various applicant profiles. You may only need to fill in the mandatory fields and any other information relevant to your candidature.
• Mandatory fields are marked with (*).
• Filling non-mandatory fields is optional.
